Journey cp1500 it all started with a simple question our founder asked years ago: "Why is there no online casino platform that truly understands Malaysian players?" Most platforms available at the time were international ones with half-hearted translations, no support for local payment methods, and customer service teams that couldn't hold a proper conversation in Bahasa Melayu.
And it was from that question that cp1500 — a platform built from the ground up with Malaysian players as the first and last priority. From day one, we made the decision to support only local payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX, so every Malaysian player can play with ease without worrying about international credit cards or complicated payment procedures.
Our recruitment process is equally thorough. cp1500 building a customer support team made up entirely of Malaysians who are fluent in Bahasa Melayu — so whenever you have an issue or a question, you can get help in your own language without struggling through awkward translations. It may sound like a small thing, but for thousands of our players, it makes all the difference.
In a short span of time, cp1500 has grown rapidly. Fan-favourite titles such as Rome Golden Age, Moonlight Fortune, Hip Hop Panda, Alien Hunting, Caishen Riches, Aces and Faces, and Live Fan Tan have captured the attention of players from across Malaysia. We continue adding new games every week based on direct feedback from our ever-growing player community — from the Klang Valley to Penang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak.
Today, cp1500 serving more than 500,000 active registered members every day. These numbers are more than just statistics to us — each one is a real player who has entrusted us with their money and their time, and we take that trust very seriously.
